If there are any:
- Damages to the product due to delivery process
- Missing parts or pieces
Please contact us within 3 days of receiving the purchase, and provide pictures. If we deem your product to be faulty/broken from delivery, we will offer you a FULL refund through PayPal.
Do note that minor differences to size, colouration or other product designs when compared to pictures is not a valid reason for refund.
If there are any major delays to delivery, please contact us as well for a FULL refund.
